You do not have to be present at the sale to sell your items. You tag them at home, drop them off to us and we do the rest!

WHEN CAN I DROP OFF MY ITEMS?
We will start taking items for consignment on June 10, 2011 and throughout the season. (June 2011 to May 2012). Call us and let us know when you are coming. Appointment for drop off is preferred but call us and we will try to accomodate you the best we can.
HOW MUCH DO YOU EARN?
All consignors earn 65% - 70% of all items that sells.
70%of sale price if you bring it ready to sell (hang, tagged, priced)
65%of sale price it you let On Pointe do the tagging, pricing and hanging.
WHEN DO I GET PAID?
A report will be generated once a month on all your items sold. A check will be issued to you automatically on the 15th of the following month. Unless you prefer to run a credit balance. This will be an option on your consignors registration form.
WHO SETS THE PRICES?
Each consignor chooses how they want to price their items. We recommend pricing your items 30-50% off the original retail. That being said, the lower you price your items, the better they will sell. You should think about what you would pay for the items if you were buying them.
At the sale, there is no negotiating the prices - the price on your tag is what it will be sold for. However, a week before the end of the season (June 2011 - May 30, 2012) items will be sold at 50% off. It is up to you as a consignor to decide if you would like your items to be discounted that week. This arrangement will be included in your registration form.
WHEN DO I BRING MY ITEMS TO SELL?
Upon registering, you will be sent instructions on how to sign up fro a drop-off appointment to bring your items to the store. All apparel being dropped off must be on a hanger. Drop off should only take about 15 to 30 minutes. We will inspect all the items you bring to make sure they are not any stains, tear, rips, and that all items are clean and washed.
HOW DO I TAG MY ITEMS?
Once you receive your consignor number, you can begin tagging your items. Make sure to use a tagging gun or safety pin your tag securely on your items. Following information must be on the tag:
- Assigned consignor number
- Brief discription of the item
- Size (when applicable)
- Selling Price
DO YOU WANT US TO TAG YOUR ITEMS?
YES we can do the tagging and pricing for you. Consignors opting for us to tag/price and hang items will get 65% of all items that sells.
Upon setting an appointment you will have to let us know if you are bringing us tagged or untagged items. We will adjust appointment time in order to accommodate some discussion on the pricing.
WHAT HAPPENS TO UNSOLD ITEMS?
On Pointe will keep items you would like to sell for the entire season (June 2011 to May 30, 2012). May 21 to May 30, 2012 all items on consignment will be sold at 50% discount. Consignor must decide by April 30th if they would like to leave their items on discount (A reminder email will be sent out to all consignors). If the consignor does not want their items sold at a discount then items must be picked up prior to May 21, 2012. All items not sold after May 30, 2012 will be donated to charity.
