1.  Come by the store to get a print out of the consignor registration form.  Upon completion, On Pointe will provide you with your consignor number on site.  You can then make arrangements when to drop off your items.  You may be able to drop off your items if there are no scheduled appointment that day.  

 

   2.  Call us and we will get pertinent information over the phone.  We will then provide you with your consignor number.   Make an appointment when you plan to drop off your registration form as well as your items for consignment.
